Your information, handled with care.
This policy explains what we collect through shrinq-website.lovable.app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are
ShrinQ (“we”, “us”) builds software and services for insurers, financial institutions, retailers and other businesses across Africa. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website, including contact messages, demo bookings and job applications.
For questions about this policy or your information, contact us using the details at the end of this page.
2. Information we collect
Contact messages. When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.
Demo bookings. When you book a demo, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, the product you are interested in and your preferred date and time.
Job applications. When you apply for a vacancy, we receive your name, email address, phone number and your CV or résumé. CVs are stored privately and are not visible on the website.
Social media. Posts shown on this website come from our public Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. We do not receive your social media activity through this website; clicking a post takes you to that platform, where its own privacy policy applies.
Staff accounts. People who work with us and sign in to manage the website have an account with their email address and role. Public sign-up is not available on this website.
3. How we use information
We use contact messages and demo bookings to respond to you, prepare for and hold the meetings you request, and follow up on your interest in our products and services.
We use job applications to assess your suitability for the role you applied for and to contact you about it.
We use staff account information to manage access to website content and to keep the website secure.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that help us run this website — for example the platform that hosts the website and the service that delivers our email. These providers process information on our behalf to deliver the services described here.
Where a job application leads to an interview, relevant members of our team may see your application. We do not otherwise share applications outside the recruitment process.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid request from a court or regulator.
5. Storage and retention
Your information is stored with our website hosting provider. Access is limited to authorised members of our team.
We keep contact messages and demo bookings for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. We keep job applications while the vacancy is open and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can respond to questions about the application.
6. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
If you sign in to manage the website, we store a login session in your browser so you stay signed in. Signing out removes it.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, or to withdraw consent you have previously given, email us using the details below.
If you applied for a job and would like your application withdrawn, let us know and we will remove it.
You may also choose not to give us information — for example by emailing us directly instead of using a form.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or services change. The latest version is always available on this page.
